Does anyone know of a free service/server that allows me to host nmy domains on my PC? So when they type my domain in they hit MY personal webserver on my PC? I used no-ip.org, but all that does it keep up with DNS changes and gives you a subdomain, their domain hosting is $32.95 a year.

    Any suggestions?

You can simply download any webserver program if you want, search for "Free FTP server" on google and you will get them, read its help section and it will help you host it on your PC, unfortunately I dont know of any free programs that let you make custom nameservers.

sreyas' link should work, but your life would be much easier if you get a static IP from your ISP.
