Here is a list with domains that are listed in Dmoz with domain authority and/or page authority. Also note that they may have PR and backlinks, do a manual check!
All domains are free to register when writing this post, so be quick if you want them.

I do scrape my own because I need specific category's. But you can find plenty for free, here is a good start:
http://www.expireddomains.net/ (Free)
http://www.freshdrop.com/ (Paid but more advanced)

PS: Be careful when registering expired domains, do your due diligence and look if the domain is banned on Google, look after their backlink's profile to paint a picture for what the domain was used before. You definitively don't want to register a domain that a spammer was using, so be careful!
