If i had some domains that are currently dormant, what would be the best use of them? Putting them on Sedo/NameDrive/etc? Setting up an autoblog? Or something else? I don't have time to develop them, but rather than them going to waste, I want to do SOMETHING with them. Are there Domain parking services that are better than others? Are there parking services that perform better with certain TLDs, keywords etc?
If you plan to use them in future, just park them at Sedo. However, if you think you havent got time to develop them in future as well, then either sell them off or make a quick minisite and outsource for basic seo. As pointed above you could try an autoblog but that could put your domain in trouble with BIG G.
Ok, that's a useful piece of info sar420, thanks. Autoblogging might hurt google rankings. That's good to know. Now, you say Sedo. Any particular reason you say Sedo and not one of the other parking companies?
i think that's better to place them better in Sedo, etc. than setting up an autoblog will make your domain banned from google.
Noomle and whypark are another option, noomle mini sites have a reputation for doing quite well, most my names are currently parked with sedo who as parking goes have a fairly good reputation, but I may give one out the two, maybe both a try, autoblogs do run the risk of been deindexed, so I wouldn’t put an autoblog on any domain that you treasured too much.
I had some domains parked at why park that actually got some organic search traffic. Not enough to keep doing it though. Now I either develop a one page website if I think I might come back to it or I sell the domains.
I would start an autoblog. They have great potential, and in reality a very low chance of getting banned by google.
If your domains have some traffic then you may park your domains, and you can earn small amount of money
It depends on the names. If they have good keywords and get natural traffic, you might want to just redirect them to affiliate or CPA offers. If they get no traffic, just put them up for sale if you don't want to develop them.
