Registered about 50 domains from Nameboy.com service during few weeks, paid with my creditcard. All domains worked just fine when i parked them all to Sedo while i begin to create content to some of my domains. Then i get email from Nameboy.com saying they want to set me private sub-account for my domains and asking full list of domains i bought from them, I send them list of domains and next day i notice some of my domains arent working anymore, some been deleted and made available to anyone to buy while theres like 15 of them being locked and registered for Nameboy.com owner. Ive been sending mails to them and really not getting any answers its 5 days now ive been contacting them and all information ive got from them is that they are working to create sub-account with more control!?!? I just wonder why they wasting time for some sub-account while some of domains i paid are being deleted during this time. Should i contact Enom.com directly with this issue or my creditcard company to get my money back?
Contact both, first your credit card company and make sure you have all confirmation emails of your purchases for proof.
yea. i got all confirmation emails, I think they had some problems to track those payments when some were on Pending mode for days on my creditcard account. I even sent them screenshot from creditcard account for proof but still nothing happened for days. But now got access to Enom account they set me up and transfering those domains back to my name. Just lots of hassle and writing before they did anything but after i mentioned Nameboy.com owner imcontacting Enom directly with this issue things begin to happen
