Domains and Subdomains

I have seen that if a domain has PR7; then it gets eaiser for a subdomain to rank higher in serps by doing a little SEO and can get its own PR as close to PR7

compared to a domain which has a PR5 whose subdomain requires more effort for SEO to get top positions in SERPS and can only achieve highest PR5 as its domain has PR5

    please explain this issue?

Yes, Google looks on Age, PR, backlinks when it gives PR.

If a site has PR 7 then automatically many of its inner pages will get PR 4, 5, 6.

But sub domains are differ. They have to get backlinks to gain PR, even PR 7 or 5.

I don't think it is an "issue"
put simply a more powerful website finds it easier to rank. Seems kinda obvious to me

actually, its really hard to get PR 7 and PR 5 whether its domain or sub domain. There is no easy SEO all earn by hard work.

you sounds like you're getting angry there.

you said in your opening post
I would suggest there is not an issue. I would suggest that your statement is the reality, so it will be very hard for anyone to explain what does not exist.

perhaps you could try a different question.
