If you buy a domain name thats expired does the PR remain? I have heard that it can but not usually. I am searching to purchase High pr 5+ websites and this is very challenging. Whats the best way to go about this?
you can't be sure what google decides on it; but usually if it has quality back links to it, the possibility of PR preservation is high.
I guess it also depends on how long it expired. If the links to the site were pulled down when it expired then that could bring the PR down.
