    It is the top site on google for keyword 'emusik' and attracts some visitors from europe on daily basis. The problem is it is undeveloped(emusik.net) and I have no idea how to develop it. Any ideas what to put on the site or should I just sell it..

    there aren't many who would search for emusik so the results being top in goolge will mean nothing.
    you could start a directory site for music and radio stations and get affiliate with some music related products and display on it or blog or make cms about music

    As Kaung said, there would be very few people who would search for emusik.

    You could make it into some kind of music blog.
