Domain wont work due to kloxo problem

First of all my domain was working before and was setup through kloxo, however recently my server was changed (ip etc) but all files and everything was the same just basically a new server ip.

Which means the settings in DNS templates needed to be updated to the latest IP which i have done however it still will not work with the domain. I have tried rebooting the server through ssh but it still wont work.

Im hoping someone can provide me a good answer to what im doing wrong or how to successfully chage the dns to properly config my domain.

You need to update the nameservers at the domain registrar's control panel.

 

the nameservers are the same ns1.domain.com ns2.domain.com, they are the same in kloxo they havent changed. just i changed the IP valued in kloxo or is their ip values in the domain register?

Yes, you need to update the IPs attached to the nameservers.

 

That is a correct statement, you originally registered the name servers at your domain registrar with certain IP's, and since these have changed, you need to update these IP's at the domain registrar as well.

It is not the problem of Kloxo there is no problem reported and if you do have still problem just pm me directly or mail me at ,I look into the matter
