Any body know what can happen if we register a domain with two trademark names on it ? like www.microsoftgoogleyahoo.com , any one of these cannot take the domain name , so what would they do to it ?

IANAL, but I would think that all three of them could send a cease and desist to you/your web host, getting your site taken down. Also, as unlikely as it may be, all three could potentially sue you for trademark infringement. Just because no one of the companies would have full rights to the name doesn't mean that you have any right to it.

A lot of these companies will just leave you alone if you play ball.
If you show them in a good light, they tend to be ok.
If you make a complaint or harassment site naturally they will take you out.
    A triple action

Do you have the money it will take to defend this in court? The url name should be ok and anything you say is covered by the "First Amendant". But if they want to play, one of their staff attorney's will be assigned to make your life hell.

Cute idea, but a dumb move.

Actually, that's not accurate. The First Amendment only says that the government can't interfere with free speech - trademark infringement, copyright infringement, libel and slander (among other things) aren't covered and can indeed get you into a lot of legal trouble.

Nonny, this may be true today but if you would like to follow this current/ biggest source's on this legal issue/results, go to "rip off report com" (don't give the a link). Is this internet slander and extortion or freedom of speech?

This is America and it is called "freedom of speech". Even for a bastard...

There are two things that protect that site and they aren't really the first ammendment. The first is that the domain does not containt others trademarks. The second is that it is a review site. Using trademarks in a review/criticism is specifically granted a fair-use exception under trademark law.
