Domain with "i love (heart) ....com"

Hi,

it is my first post. I hope that i am on the right section.

I have tried to find something about using google.com and the forum here, but i am a little bit confused. The one say ist ok and the other say i will get problems ....

i will to register a domain "iloveexpiria.com". Will i have Problems with Sony Ericsson? Or with "i love ny"-Man?

Xperia is a trademark for Sony Ericsson, not xpiria.
Still you have to make sure that content of your site doesn't violet Sony's copyright and trademark rights.

 

i mean Xperia. Ok. I will try to find some information at there website. Maybe i write a mail to Sony and i ask them? what do you mean?

 

Sony will say no, They can't allow you to use their trademark. They may ignore your site, if it's small.
