domain with 2 PR6 backlinks from nasa.gov

    I have domain which is PR0 but he has 2 back links from nasa.gov sites.

    Domain was dropped and registered yesterday. site is clean (without text yet)

    A. How much it worth now (wen is still PR0)?
    B. When his PR will grow ?

    PR will most likely go up at the next PR update whenever that is, maybe end of November?
    It is worth reg fee imo
