Domain waiting... and waiting... and waiting...

I registered a .info domain from GoDaddy about 12 hours ago. Everything I need is uploaded, content is written, EVERYTHING!!! But now it's 12 hours later and the thing still hasn't updated, I just get "Error establishing a database connection".

Is this just saying GoDaddy still hasn't updated or there is something wrong with my hosting?

(the who.is is showing the right nameserver, but if I ping the domain it shows an IP address that is not affiliated with my hosting)

Edit: Is it just me or is 12 hours a little long to wait for GoDaddy? My last few registrations took 3-4 hours.

just get "Error establishing a database connection".

its issue with your DB setup ( user / password ) nothing to do with domain registration :D

chandan123 explained it clearly. Check your database setup again!

    That is the problem :)

    Wordpress needs database

If you have problems with installing a wordpress script search on youtube.com and you will get some great videotutorials ;)

    Good luck

First of all, are you hosted with Godaddy?

If so, database settings are different than the standard Wordpress setup and problem shouldn't be about DNS propagation

BTW, there's a hosting tutorial at Godaddy's support area if needed.
