Couple of month ago i used subdomain for my site from free web hosting provider and it's take more than week to get indexing in Google, eventhough i used Google Sitemap and i submit to many directories.

Yesterday i buy new domain and it only need 2 days to get indexing in Google & Yahoo and i only used Google Sitemap.

That show that Google more appreciated Domain.

Hmmm i wouldnt say that... the directories that you submitted to might not have been very well indexed themselves, or might not get crawled quite as often... hence this would result in it taking longer for your site to get indexed into google.

A sure fire way of getting a quick index is to stick your URL in your forum signature here at Digital Point. DP is really well indexed by Google so it really won't take long for your site to get picked up.

On reflection 1 or 2 days to a week isn't really that long to wait for your site to get indexed... is it?!?!?!?

Yeah it depends on where you submitted to initially. If you submitted to the exact same places then you can say that. I don't see why they would do that though since domain and subdomain are the same according to Google.

i dont think domains and subdomains has to do with search engine indexing. its a matter of content and links.
