Search for anything paid to from your PayPal account to make certain, but on our end, I don't show a brand-free license was purchased by you. Either way, you should have a big "Branding Removal" button in orange here: https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/sphinx-search-for-vbulletin-4.870/item
I don't see it, just a ton of $25 receipts. Trying to pay now but the page doesn't give me an option to continue after selecting the domain name and saving changes. https://forums.digitalpoint.com/marketplace/branding-removal
Wrong URL.. the Branding Removal option should be a big orange button at *this* URL: https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/sphinx-search-for-vbulletin-4.870/item
That should be it... Assume you already have the domain listed here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/marketplace/branding-removal The branding should automatically go away (it doesn't check every page view, rather hourly... so can take up to an hour). If you want to speed it up, you can just uninstall the Sphinx addon, and reinstall it.
Hmmm... I just checked when the last time the domain you had verified for branding removal checked for it's branding license, and it checked yesterday but not today. Try logging into the AdminCP (just logging in to the main page). That should trigger it since it's been more than an hour (the trigger for the check comes from someone being in the AdminCP area).
Poof like magic! Worked like a charm, thanks brother! I wonder if you used to not charge for branding, however just started recently. That may solve our mystery, if so. Thanks again!
It wasn't until last October that we even had a mechanism in our marketplace system to offer branding-free licenses. And then it wasn't until the last version of the Sphinx search system we released that actually started utilizing it for that particular plug-in (December 18). Prior to that we just didn't sell brand-free licenses even when people wanted to give us money for them simply because we had no way to really manage/automate it.
There ya have it, mystery solved. Sorry to waste valuable time and energy. Keep up the great work, we are very grateful for you. Thank you.
