I want my domain to transferred to namecheap. But the current registrar is not approving the transfer. What can I do in this matter.

Find out why, then work with them.

how long has the domain name been registered with the current registrar ? Most registrar would not let you transfer the domain name if it has not been with them for at least 90 days. Also if you have some kind of contracts with them ie such as a free or discounted domain name, they may have imposed some kind of restrictions on the transfer. Go back to all your contracts you signed with them to see what or if there is any restrictions.

Some registrars can be a royal PITA when it comes to this. Who is giving you the problem?

Are you sure you have UNLOCKED your domain name prior to transfer? If the domain is unlocked and the registrar is still not allowing you to transfer the domain (sometimes system hiccups up to 2-3 times "attempts"). If even after that the transfer won't work out it is the case you can in touch with ICANN for this matter.
