It is very easy to transfer the domain from one registrar to another.

    1. Contact your current registrar and ask them for unlocking your domain and for the domain transfer authorization or EPP key
    2. Go to the new registrar website and place the domain transfer order
    3. You need to pay the renewal fee and need to provide the correct EPP key.
    4. After that you will receive confirmation emails to your registrant contact email address regarding to authorizing the transfer.
    5. Once the emails are approved positively, the domain transfer will be initiated.

In general, domain transfer may take 6-7 business days to complete. During the transfer, your website under the domain being transfer will not be down.
