    I am planning to build a domain-name auction website (similar to auctions.godaddy/sedo). Where peoples can buy & sell their domain names.

    Is there any Mediator service/website who can help me to transfer my clients domain for me?

    mediators to help you.I think you'd better first make your business more and more popular.When it has a good
    fame,your customer will soon come.

    Yes, SEDO itself is a very renounced mediator. Godaddy is also nice.
