Domain transfer error. Please help

    I tried to transfer a domain of mine to another register. But in check out page it says the following message -

    The domain abcdefg.org is registered by UK2 Group Ltd. as a Registrar. Can't execute a Transfer request for this Domain.

    Do you know what wrong with that?

    Note: Domain is active. No register lock. No due payment. Not registered or transfered within 60 days.

    Have you contacted your current registrar where the domain is at?

    I suppose that the best solution to this problem will be to contact your Registrar directly.

    can you post the status: from the whois of that domain. it may be locked by current registrar
