    Hello!

The company that I work change his name. That means that we change the 7 years old domain to a new one. Is there any way to minimize the damage in SEO perspective?

I know that when StartYourTube changed to BoostCast very little damage was done. Perhaps they can help you some if you are interested.

You can use a 301 redirect on the old domain name to all of the new pages on the new domain name. That is if you plan on keeping the same content on the new site.
