Domain TM Question

    If I use my domain for a blogging site relating to a specific niche and selling affiliate products related to the niche ... Can somebody create a product brand off my domain name that is related to my niche?

    It's very much possible but it all depends on what type of product/niche/site you are talking about.

    Ok, lets assume that they created the product brand relating to my blog niche. Is it possible for me to also create a product brand in the same niche, based from my domain name?

    I did a little research and I came across something about "first use"? How if you are the first to use a name for an industry, you have rights to it. Since I use my domain name for niche related blogging and selling affilliate products, shouldn't I have the right to release a product under my domain name, even if someone else beat me to it?


    Also, if I release a product, do I have to offer the product branded after my domain name or can I simply offer my product as "click here to purchase our product", in order to brand my product after my domain name? The reason why I am looking to offer the product through my domain name is to make it more difficult for digital crooks to resell or EBay off my products.
