I am selling the domain: TheGayArea.com but that's not all! Read on!

It would be perfect for a gay community that I was going to develop, however I am not gay so I ran into a bunch of roadblocks, and I don't have the time for something like this.

The domain could focus on the Bay Area and how there is such a huge gay following. It will definately make someone money (even if you aren't gay! )

The logo for the website is already to go. You only need a layout. You could put a forum up as well (I have designed a custom template and if you win this auction I will show you and we may be able to work out a deal)

BUT I hired a brand identity designer to come up with a unique and intriguing look to convey the website, and I have three variations that come with the auction. The one with the rainbow comes in full vector format as well!
