    Hey all,

I don't post here much but since I got banned from NamePros I will be posting here more often.

(Don't make a judgement about me now! lol I was falsely accused!)

NamePros has about 4 or 5 of my domains, almost all of which will or do have sites on them. I cannot access them and it says my account is permanently closed. They were not transferred to my eNom account.

Is this theft if they don't return them?

    Thanks,
    -Matt

I dunno dude. This sounds like one of those "three sides to a coin" stories. Since it isn't clear why you were banned or if you can get the ban removed, it's hard to say.

All things being equal, the domain belongs to the person who registered it. AWD has a good point that we don't have all the details though.

I imagine this is an issue for small claims.

I wouldn't judge you too quickly though. I've been a victim of network solution's unethical practices in the past, so there's nothing that would surprise me about a registrant's behavior.

I would imagine there is a dispute regarding ownership of the domain(s). Have they provided you with an explanation?

You should be able to transfer it to another registrar without any trouble.

IMHO you were banned from NP for a reason...other than simply a domain management problem. RJ isn't in the business to ruin his reputation or to steal domains. I suggest you post more information.
