When i check these they are correct but its says the page rank is fake ?

-- Can you fake a page rank ?

    -- Whay would they sell a PR7 domain ? Sandboxed maybe ?

It is very easy to spoof toolbar PageRank and the technique is commonly used by scammers who use if to sell domain names based upon PR.

I suspect that a lot of directory owners who launch a new directory with a home page PR of 5, but no inner pages in G's index have used this technique. The problem is that the PR doesn't last and it is a good way to get your domain banned if you get caught.

Very true with the issues of ebay and buying and selling websites / domains. Understand their is a mountain of crap for sale on ebay, however you can find a few gems.

Most of the time you get what you pay for, a pr6 domain selling for $100 bucks? Come on .... think about it. If it is selling for this type of a price chances are your not getting anything out of the deal that is worth while.

Ask yourself "before" you purchase a site / domain ....

    - what are you going to get with the domain?

    - how are you going to profit with the domain?

    - what makes the domain valuable?

I have build a solid business with domains and sites that I have purchased on the cheap. I could careless about pr, pagerank is old news and is not what drives *traffic*.

Traffic is what matters, if a domain *could* have some traffic then you need to look into the type of traffic, where it is coming from and again ....

    - how you can profit from that traffic.

    What does matter today?

    -domain age
    -links to domain
-*quality* of the sites linking to domain
    -subject of the domain
    -pure domain vale (i.e. shoponline.com vrs shop-online-stores1.com)

The last domain above has little value.

Also understand that not all domainers value domains in the same manner. While the domain in my example (shop-online-stores1.com) may be valued low for pure domain score it does NOT mean the domain is not worth much.

Many domains wont even look at that kind of a domain ... however savvy domainers might purchase that domain for age, authority, ect ....

I have purchased many domains for less than $50 that have made me hundreds.

    Hope the info helps ....

All those PR domains that are being sold are fake. Those people are just trying to scam the inexperienced.
