1 - is the name "pyzam" a trade mark -
answer: no it is not check the US office of tradmarks, check all the sites no issues of trademarks any where.

2 - why does this site have no page rank???
answer: page rank should be comming soon, look at the links the advertising done.

3 - why dont you try and sell it to www.pyzam.com site that makes 300k uniques a day
answer: I ahve emailed them 5 times regarding this sale and they never email back.

4 - Reason for sale
answer: have a HUGE new project to work on which consists of 15 sites in a network need to sell off most smaller sites/domains.
