I am unable to lock/unlock my domain names and domainsite

    Domain Lock unsupported

    Auth Code

for the auth code its just a blank spot.

    WTF is going on.

I currently got suspended from polurnet "NO WARNING, NOTHING BUNCH OF LOSERS" (my forum) for excess cpu usage (its a small forum) so I wanted to move it to a dedicated server and I cant change nameservers. Its a forum so I am loosing forum members expecially since its saturday.

I've just had everything go wrong on me today :(:(:(

DOes anyone else have this problem or is it isolated to my account? I have contacted DomainSite and still have not recieved a reply.

Can't you call them via phone if it's that urgent? Otherwise you'll have to keep
trying to unlock it on your end, or wait for their reply via email.

Don't send a duplicate just yet. It'll only delay things needlessly.

Domain Lock/UnLock works for me & Auth Code is visible. Maybe its just a glitch.
Have you tried logging in & out in with a different browser? When does the domain expire?

For old domains, there is no authorisation code, you have to generate it

Domainsite shows auth codes for both my new and 'old' domains - that are over 2 years old.

I like Domainsite but they do seem to keep "office hours".

"Phone Hours: Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm Mountain Time
    Friday 10am-4:30pm Mountain Time"

Domainsite phone support is fantastic, however not sure about email. Give them another chance.
