So did the message I get say that my thread was right or wrong (fitnesschief)..because looking at 99.9% of the rest of the posts in the domain selling forum...mine is by far and away the closest to your unofficial template. The only way to make people stick to a template is by having a set form like Sitepoint do, otherwise, unfortunately...its a waste of time. Either that or its going to take a lot of moderation which again is alleviated with those forms...thats about the only thing Sitepoint have done right lately.

In addition to your points, I think following should also be included: - If there is a reserve, bidding should start at the reserved price. - Accepted payment methods should be clearly mentioned - If the auction is posted on other forums, that should be mentioned This can be made as a set of rules of doing business at DP.
NeoGen thanks for the comment , the Faq and Rules I guess would provide good quality sales. In a apropiate way people will get more info , learn how to buy from where. etc.
