This guy below is a scammer, he scammed me out of pimpmyaim.net ($500-$600). Now he's saying he is contacting the FBI, i don't really care. He claims he has paid me when he doesnt even have my paypal address:rolleyes: Plus i have paypal records anyway... I can prove he hasnt paid. Godaddy aint doing anything about the scam, but where do i stand in all this?

So if anyone lives in nevada, do me a favour.

Why did you transfer the domain before getting paid

Well, you now made it so much easier for Mr. Phil Hunt to sue you for libel. You should not have released his name / address. Anyhow, several points/questions here:

1). You need to use Escrow.com for selling the domain.
2). Always(!) sign domain sale/transfer agreement. It's NOT a relic of the past.
3). What was the actual price? Your comment "...$500-600..." makes me have second thoughts (i.e. why is there a range, not a specific number).

Yeah, in real life people pay before they get what the paid for, they dont get to open up the item they bought before they pay. It should be the same online.

There is absolutely nothing you can do to obtain your domain again. Since you transferred the domain to him without him paying you.
    You made a mistake.

What you can do is file a report to ICANN and report them this domain is registered under false information. That way the domain will be revoked from him and he can't use the domain either. If he doesn't update the info with correct info within 30 days.

Maybe you can pick it up through Pool.com or Snapnames by doing a backorder.
    And hope for the best.
