    if i become domain reseller can i grab any dropped domain ?
    i mean can i grab faster thn others ?

    there's really not a huge benefit. besides the registrars try to get you with host reselling (where they actually make some money). You can create your own coupon codes, that's about it.

    What you should look for is reseller hosting with a possibility to sell or resell domains.
    With that you can offer cheap hosting on the front end and pitch them a domain to register.
