    I was hoping to stay within $100. Lower would be great of course. I don't really need a website, just a domain reseller.:)

    I don't understand, are you just looking for a reseller affiliate account?
    I don't know of any programs that you can get into with a $100 investment.
    Are you looking to actually register the domains, and process payments?

    Could you elaborate a little more of what you are looking to do, and if I can help, I will.

    I'm kind of new to all this, so I'm not really sure.

    Basically, I want to be able to register new domains for, then resell them.

    For example. I would like to buy domains for about $7.50 each, and I would like to resell them at $8.50!

    I think you need a reseller affiliate program. Unless you want to just buy random domains, and hope to resell them.

    The list that I sent you are reseller sites for sale, but you can't do that for $100. That margin is not that high, ($1 Per) but you will also be able to make money of other services.
