What will be the advantages of your advertising block ? Its new site right ? How many visitors will you get monthly for the first year, any estimates ? Let me know then i can think about it.

You should check out free .co.cc or .tk domains like stated above. Maybe you can start with one, then move up to a dot.com. Anyway, you CAN get your hands in a dot.com for a couple of dollars.. they come pretty cheap, you know? For the hosting service I would advice you to go for the "gator". Better to do some work at services section of DP, and earn some money. U can buy a .com domain name at about 7-8$ using various coupon codes. So do some work and earn money. Buy domain of your own... Best luck
