I am having a problem with my domain renewal. I registered a domain 1 year from a reseller (enom reseller) and now my domain is going to be expire in 1 week. I tried to contact my reseller but unfortunatelly he is not replying. I am now worried that i might lose my domain. I cannot even transfer my domain because its registrar-locked. Is there a way that i renew or transfer my domain without losing it? I would really appreciate any help.
If it is going to expire within a week, do not try to transfer. If there is an option to pay online, make the payment. How did you make the payment the first time? Try to do it the same way, even if you cannot reach him. Do you have his contact information? Find it out from his web site. If it is not anywhere within his web site, google for it. Find out his web sites. Use Whois.net and whois.sc to find out the contact information he has given there. Even if it is privacy protected, send an email to those (temporary, very possibly) email ids listed. Does he have a support forum? Post it there and see if someone will reply. Send an email to eNom, offering to pay them for renewing the domain. (Only very little chance of resolution, but do not give up without a fight!) Hope you will be able to renew the domain!
