    who provides free private registration while registering a domain?

    godaddy is very expensive (around 15~20 dollars) for 1 domain.

    who has good service with features?

    what i am looking for is to get private whois feature. it is mostly free with other registrars. while godaddy has "delux" service which includes private whois that is for 8.99 per year. if you add that, it comes to around that price...not a good deal
