Suppose I'm a GoDaddy affiliate running a domain name generator like: http://DomainNameSuggest.com/?s=7.

Technically - how can I put an aff link that will direct the user to GoDaddy's purchase page with that domain name in the cart ?
CJ only gives me aff links to GoDady's main page.

    Thanks.

I don't think CJ gives you the ability to do this :(

If you figure something out let us all know. I'd like to know how to send visitors to a specific page on the affiliates site.

See what CJ.com help has to say about this:

Destination URL - Text Field - Enables you to direct a link to a specific page on the advertiser site that is most appropriate for your audience.
Note: This option only appears if the Advertiser gives you permission to override their destination URL. This is done on a per-link basis by the advertiser.
All Except Keyword Links - Enter the Destination URL in the text field, and click the Update Link Code button.

    Modify Link Code
You may modify the following link code on the Get HTML and Get JavaScript interfaces using the available features.
Destination URL: Enables you to change the Destination URL within an advertiser's link code in order to increase conversions. Advertisers provide publishers with permission to change the Destination URL on a per-link basis.
Banner Image URL: Enables you to customize a banner’s image to better suit your Web site(s). Advertisers provide publishers with permission to change the image URL on a per-link basis.
Add SID: Enables you to add the Shopper ID (SID) to an advertiser's link code.
Hyperlink Placement in Text Link: Enables you to modify the placement of the hyperlink in a text link (JavaScript links only). The Text Hyperlink text field displays with the Advertiser’s designated Program URL by default, unless the advertiser has not assigned it, in which case the text field appears blank.

Note: You must have an active relationship with the advertiser to have access to their link code. You may apply to an advertiser's program on the Advertiser List page.
Perform the following steps to modify the features listed above.
Navigate to the Link List page.
If you conduct a link search, your results place you at the Link List page, and you are ready to begin. If you conduct an advertiser search, click the View Links link under the Advertiser column to display the Link List page.
Locate the link for which you wish to modify the link code.
Click one of the following links in the Get Links column to access the appropriate interface.
    Get JavaScript
    Get HTML
Locate the link code field you wish to modify from the following: Destination URL, Image URL, SID and Text Hyperlink.
Note: If the Destination URL or Banner Image URL text field does not appear, the advertiser does not authorize publishers to change the destination URL and this option is unavailable.
Enter the modification in the associated text field, as described below, for each of the following.
Destination URL, Image URL and SID: Enter the new information in the text field.
    Text Hyperlink:
    a) Enter the text to be displayed on publisher sites in the associated text field.
    b) Surround the area of text that you wish to link to your site with the <link> tag before and the </link> tag after.
Note: You may only surround one area of text to hyperlink (up to 150 characters, including tags). You may return the Text Hyperlink to its default by removing all text from the text field, and clicking the Update Link Code button.
Click the Update Link Code button to implement the code change.
Note: Additional code parameters may appear for Destination URL, Image URL and SID if the chosen advertiser uses a third party aggregation tool.
Important: After you pass a URL parameter to Commission Junction, we decode it once before forwarding the user with the parameters appended to the URL.
After clicking the Update Link Code button, the new link code displays. You may now use the updated link code in your Web site. Refer to the Send Links by Email topic for information regarding sending links by email.

But this would not help you on GoDaddy situation because they don't allow you Destination URL. Maybe they do, but on the few links that i tried, that was not an option.
You can either try to integrate GoDaddy advanced link, or you can try to talk to GoDaddy's developers to figure out a way (code) to keep the name in the cart when you direct to them...

    Good luck!
