Did you contact them earlier? is the domain still working right now? Now my friend who referred this site to me lost her domain and not even a word from them. I'm guessing they'll say she's a fraud customer again. lol

It is almost unbelievable that a company could be named as such and could do business as such....Well i guess you should wait a little longer or at least keep on reminding them that you need the domain to be registered. If they are not SCAM they wont let you lose your mind because customer care is encouraged every where to keep the name of company highly reputed..
    Regards...!!!!

Yeah, I even emailed admin@instant-deploy.com. Haha but I'm crossing my fingers because I already lost hope in this company. I feel bad for those who bought so many accounts. I don't really want to care about the $8 I know since there's karma around the corner. Tsk.

It's always better to register domains with a company you can trust. A simple google search will tell you if a company is trustworthy or not. If your domain name is valuable to you, you don't want to gamble on it by registering at a dodgy place. Even if they'll give you access to your domain, they might suddenly up your renewal price, or refuse to release it later, or some other nastiness.

    contact name.com for?

i whant you all to understand we do not scam you or anything else , like other company's we have our own problems and a part of around 150-200 domains are in this mess , we hope to solve this by the end of month if we cannot fix it we sugest you all to request refund , refund request need to be done using our form for refund do not open paypal dispute or such things because that does not help you and us in anyway as is a virtual service paypal won't give you much help , we do not whant to keep your money we do not care for $3 or $10 which you just paid us , we care to help you but when we see as many tickets you open and you request money like " i whant my money back " now how we should know who you are , what are your services, this is why i ask you all who has domain problem , please contact our billing departament via ticket fullfill the form or ask how to get the domain back and they will explain how to do that , again we do not keep your money we do not care for $3 less or more.

    have a nice day.
