Domain Registrar suggestion

So far I have been using dotster.com but they are way too expensive compared to other places now.
I heard GoDaddy.com does some hanky panky stuff with DNS queries and such which hurts the SE rankings of the site. Is that true?
Any other cheap and reliable registrars suggestions will be much appreciated.

You can get a much lower rate with dotster if you ask them. You can also buy or renew your domains thru their resellers (ie www.mydomain.com, www.netcheap.com) at lower rates.

There is no GoDaddy to my options

Totally unreliable when you've got a problem
Their support dept. needs "20 people to change one lamp"
Also i'm not coupon hunter i prefer to go to domainsite.com and get their permanent $6.99 offer than search the web for GoMammy's crap coupons

Most domainers i know they don't trust GoMammy with their domains
Some of them are literally forced to have accounts there to be able to push the names they sell to end users that they don't know any other registrar apart GoMammy

I agree about GoMammy, crapy service, as we call it in Croatia, 'shit in colours', that is what it is. I do my registration with PlanetDomain.com, excellent Oz provider and register - within cheap price range and great service. i also use clickaname.com, they are subaffiliated with planetdomain and very cheap for com, net and org names.

Thumbs up for Planetdomain, squid to GoMammy!
