Hello all. I have a client that own a domain and the usage of this domain is for redirection to another site that he own.

I don't know the way that the domain is redirected or what kind of headers are used for redirection (in examples: header code: 301).

The only think that I see is that when I enter the domain on the address bar of my browser is automaticly redirected to the other domain and the content is ofcourse from the other site.

Is this good or is better to leave this domain to expire ?

Another think is that this domain is in extension of .ws

    Any opinion please ?

If your that domain which is redirecting you to other domain have traffic then it is batter to continue redirection but if it has no traffic then use it if you can other wise leave it,
if you 'll search in google with keyword "website Redirecting script free" a lot of scripts are there.

    No.

    The thinks are like that:

My client Job is a tourist agent and owns a lot off sites. Also the sites that his own are already on top of search engines for peoples who are looking in our area for accommodations to rent.

My client own many domains. One of that domains is in extention of .ws
The .ws domain it just redirected to .com domain ! Nothink else !
This domain it cost in about 120,00 USD in compination with the redirect service that some company provide to him. The amount that I wrote above is only for the domain and redirection ! No Hosting !

Also the domain name is a realy good keyword it self but only for German peoples

    So the questions are :

Is this good way for SEO ?
Is this domain help the other one ?
The domain is a keyword it self but only for a small market group !

What have we to do ?
To keep the domain name or to leave the domain expire ?

    Kind regards !
    Merianos Nikos !

It's very common for businesses to buy their domain name with all the common tlds, and do a permanent redirect to one main site - usually the .com version.
The main value in doing this is to ensure that nobody else can register and use those domain names. It's a sensible thing to do.

The domain name that redirected is not an alternative of the .com domain from the mail site, it is just a significant keyword (in example is like you say newyork.com), but this keywork is written only in German, so this keyword can be used on;y from German peoples.

    Is this keyword help ?

    What is your opinion ?

    Kind regards :)

As nobody else knows what the keyword is, or what the sites are, how much traffic they get, or how often the keyword is searched for, nobody is going to be able to tell you. My opinion is you've been given 2 perfectly sensible answers and you should stop bumping the thread.
