Domain Problem

Well i was Running Site ExpertDissertations.co.Uk From Different Country
and Google wants me to Prove that i am Running this Site From UK i wasnt Able to Prove
Now Google has Ban my Site and my site is now Over

So My Question is if i buy New Domain and is there any process so i can link my new domain with the old one so visitors that open my ExpertDissertation Site will redirect to my New Domain ??

INSTRUCTIONS: Access the “Internet Services Manager” on your Windows Server and right-click on the site that you want to redirect traffic from then select “Properties” and then “Home Directory”.

1. Select “A redirection to a URL”,
2. In the “Redirect to:” field type in the address of the new domain you want to forward traffic to,

What exactly did you get banned for? Banned from search engine results, or banned from a service like Google Checkout?

Yup - otherwise, as Sam says above - use a 301 redirect from the old domain to the new one.
