    Hey all

I'm just getting into the website flipping business and looking to buy a new domain, however i was wondering when people buy a BRAND NEW website with no traffic or revenue, does the domain EXTENSION have an affect on what people buy.

    For example.

    5dragonspalace.info
    5dragonspalace.com

The above are just examples, lets say for example these are anime sites. Is the .com likely to sell for more than the .info seeing as .info's are much cheaper.

    Thanks for the help.

I agree with quangvan. If the .com is available, you should go for it.

.com is the best.. other TLD's I would not mess with because they are harder to sell and harder to brand

If the both site is same in all type of thing such as hit/day,backlink,PR etc.
Then the .com will worth more than 20% of the .info site
