    I am interested to buy, but I'm pretty sure on the next PR update this site won't get more than pr 2-3. Why? To retain a pr 6 you need at least a PR 7, or a couple of pr 5 + one pr 6, at least. You only have PR from a pr 4 pages, rest are 0..
