can any one help me out with this? My client has two two website and he pointed "abc.com" to the main "xyz.com" website. Now when i check catche of abc.com it shows me catche of xyz.com. He wants the promotion of abc.com whereas xyz.com is already in good ranking. What can be the best solution of that. Client also want to promote "abc.com" with same pages and content. ? please help
Hi Prabhu, So u presently redirecting "abc.com" to "xyz.com". In fact, it is showing the xyz.com cache date. And if ur client want to promote "abc.com" with same pages and content it is not a right choice. Try to convenince ur client to use different content. Bcoz, Google strongly offends the Duplicate content. I think it is better to show the article on the Duplicate content by Google at "google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66359". Try to use different content. Gaining is not a big task, but getting into the SERP is really big deal. Try to explain about the Google Webmaster Guidelines to ur client. Bcoz, ur a seo.U know everything, but ur client may not aware of all these tasks. In fact, as a seo it is ur job to explain everything to ur client. For any suggestions, u can post me a PM.
