Domain parking is where you forward your domain's nameserver to a parking server like parked.com or sedoparking. Parked.com pays far more then Sedo though, and I highly recommend Parked.

Basically, you add your domain, enter the keyword (there is already one there for you, confirm that the keywords match your domain), then you can optimize your layout and such, when you get traffic, the clicks are paid for like adsense. Great to do with your extra domains you don't dev or sell...some may turn up to be big money makers ;)

You redirect you domain to let's say sedo.com,they place relevant ads on your domain and everytime when someone click on that ads you get $,also you can't promote your domain name in any way or you'll get banned.

They don't get you the traffic. The only thing that they can do is auto monetize the parked page so it looks good and you have good keywords. However, to monetize your page the best for the highest paying keywords, which you should only do for really good domains, it takes time, research, and effort.

    Good luck :)

But making $ from the parking needs one of these:

    1. You have a premium domain name and it gets type-in traffic
    2. You have a domain name that have traffic unlike a newly registered domain names (maybe already was an active website that you use it's traffic now in park)

What's the point of adwords? Honestly, I'm sure in the long run you would lose money. Parked doesn't pay as good as Google charges :p

@doka: I have seen new reg'd names getting a lot of traffic before + dropped names...

Most of the guys get adwords vouchers for free or low prices, but is not allowed for parked domains to be promoted.
Anyway i saw new reg'd domains that get type in traffic aswell,i do own one wich makes 1-2$ daily.

Yep not just that but buying names at $1-5 each which seem like junk to one, with good keywords in it, they can perform really well. Even if they aren't the most appealing domains.

Also vouchers aren't that good, you have to deposit too...

Using adwords doesn't usually get you repeat visitors, especially if there is no site ;)

Haze is a game for playstation, right? The Halo of PS3? Honestly, you should start a forum, pay for some posters to start, try adwords, link exchange, directories, forum sig links, and so on ;) Good luck on your venture :)

Your main goal in my eyes is to get comfortable with Google, became a top search result so when people hear about the game, they see your forum is developing and is medium sized, they will then join. If you can beat other forums to the punch, you can attract a lot of traffic. The pre-release hype will build your forum for a steady forum for when the game IS released. Just hope Haze beats Halo :p

Yeh, no problem. By the way, I really like your layout, it looks great. You may want to spicen things up a little and switch it up a bit when some company arrives though :D
