Domain Parking - How it works??

I have so many domains and I know about domain parking. But I want to know more inside of it. As far as I know once I make change in the nameserver info, traffic starts going to the server and web pages starting showing up.

All the websites are not physically hosted and so Search Engine does not pick those websites.

Can any one through more light on it? I really want to know how that DNS server handles traffic and shows website with advertisement.

    Thanks

All you need to do is set the nameserver of your domain names to what your parking company uses, then traffic will start going to those domains on whatever kind of landing page they provide for you.

Well, to put it as simply as possible:

You will attach "nameservers" to your domain name.

This essentially tells computers that when your domain is typed in to look at a specific web server.
In return, that web server forwards that browser on to look at a specific set of files/code (the website it should see).

There's really nothing anymore technical about it. Domain parking typically only works though if you already have traffic coming to that domain name. You will not magically get traffic coming to it just because you have it parked.

If you want to earn using parked domains. i would rather give you a tip :-

get small domain names, or domain names which are easy to be remembered and typed. Then make a watermarked video with your website URL. People who see the video may type your URL and may click on ads on your parked domain. :D
