    Hello,

I was interested in puting my idle domain names in some sort of domain parking program that shows atleast any profit potential.

Any help on best practices for this or any other advice would be great.

    Thanks in advance!

do they get any traffic? there is only smart guessing based on traffic, expected quality (converted to CTr), and estimated CPC to get a sense of what you will earn. you now the traffic, 0 traffic = 0 money regardless of other 2.

Unless they're good names that receive traffic, it's useless to park. However, if they are indeed good names, try companies such as parked.com, sedo.com, namedrive.com

    Thank you everybody.

I have done zero work promoting these sites, basically just registered them. There are some great names in there, but I doubt any substantial traffic.

I was just looking for an alternative to letting godaddy slam there links on there.

park them - best practices means not dumping any inorganic traffic on the parked domains. type-in's and real traffic only.
