Domain or subdomain

I have a site relies on users submitted contents and having ~300 visits daily. I noticed that most of my visitors are from the SEO field (trying to build link to their blog/website).

Having that in mind, i would like to expand my website targeting these SEO persons, by setting up a bidding directory/free directory.

So, question is, should I use subdomain.existing-domain.com or buy a new domain instead for this new bidding directory ?

I would advice you to go with new domain, but if you want to save money, then you can choose subdomain.

 

first choice is a new domain, why would you like a sub domain for your directory?

 

I think Domain is best because it Your, but subdomain or domain not important if try to make your site good.

 

Go for a fresh domain, it will look good, but you can also go for a sub domain which won't look good unless your making a niche directory with is related to your own domain, like you have a site domain.com which is a health related site so making a niche directory related to health dir.health.com will obviously helps you and its good as well.
