Ok so i have this domain, a .info at domainsite...domainsite has been working well for me, but i instaead of editing the Name servers, i went somewhere else and entered some IP's(registering NS with registry) and now at domaintools.com my domain shows on Hold Generic!!! wth..please i need some advice from a domain expert or atleast one who knows a lot about domains....i dont know what to do? i bought this domain just 15 days back..ofcourse it cant be deleted!!! What should i do? i was actually trying to make my own custom name servers' and messed up, now i cant remove the name servers(not the usual edit NS area, i mean when u go to Register NS with registry..this one) Help or feedback appreciated greatly..i really was working on this domain..pleae guys help me out.. What does On Hold generic mean? I know what Pending delete means..but this i got no idea...
Make a copy of the messaghe above and send it to Support at domainsite. That would be the fastest way to get the issue fixed.
