If you are worried about not getting accepted for 6 months then just go start a hubpages blog which uses google ads and directs you to google to sign up, you will be approved in a couple days and then can ad your account id to any website you set up and it will automatically be approved. It may take a few days for real ads and not public service ads to show up but that is normal. I know you can sign up with blogger (owned by google) and get approved with in a few days as well. Once you have a publisher id you can use it to put adsense ads on any site that meets googles terms of service

I have taken domain name on 11 th january 2009, and i am using my domain for affiliate marketing, I am planning to get approval from adsense, so I am planning to design my website before 11 july and make it host, after that if i apply for adsense approval whether it can be approved or not.

Well, its not necessary that your site should e 6 months old.
Mine was just 25 days old and I got accepted. :)
They just need good traffic and content on your site.
So, you can apply even now.
