Ok well i put in a request to godaddy to change my nameservers they said ok its going through now. Its been like 6 hours. How long will this take? Isnt it usually done in like the first hour? I know it takes up to 24 hours sometimes but jeez this is getting on my nerves im trying to set up my site! lol just had to vent a little.

Change in GD should be instantaneous. The problem should be the DNS propagation.

It will change when the caching time is over - then the DNS server is consulted and the new value will be taken.
Wait for 24-72 hours for that.

GoDaddy doesn't not control the length of time - it's beyond their control.

Try after flushing the DNS cache from your computer. If you are using windows then it can be done by firing the command:
    ipconfig /flushdns

It should be instant. Maybe DNS propagation is taking time. Have you asked others what are they able to see on the site?
For me, it never took this much of time.
And what does this has to do with DNS propagation?

    Go and read this: DNS

It will take time - and the time will depend on the caching time of your ISP's DNS server.

If you want to do something before that, use the IP directly to access whatever you want.
