Domain names with numbers in them? Good or Bad?
Does it matter? Would 3 numbers be easier to remember that a word?

In general, when you have a domain name with letters and number combinations, it automatically looses its premium status, furthermore it declines in value.

There are exceptions, for example news24.com, where the combination is relevant to the site's services/content.

Anoter exception is 3 characters, example 3dd.com. These domains have good resell value.

If its an exact keyword phrase with a # in it then I would buy the domain with the numeric # and not the alpha version of the #.

One of the biggest mistakes I ever made was letting go the domain
1stVisit.com because it had a number in the name and I wanted the domain FirstVisit.com.

It hurts to think of it even now.

It all depends on the name itself, if numbers make sense in the name, then it is good, if it doesn't then not so good.
