    That doesn't matter what domain you have. You need to work on the content of web site you have on this domain + you need to work on the off site SEO

    I think Search engines and SEO term effects number domains, as i haven't seen many numbered domain are doing good. Give it a try, like Great promotion and SEO could make it done.

    I personally dont like domain names with numbers in them. But thats just me, it really doesnt matter.

    If number have some meaning - that might be a deal, but try to avoid dashes as well. Dash +number (if that means nothing will not do the domain name attractive)
