People are registering domain names just for business. They sell it for $xxxxx Is that legal? I am looking for lot of .in domains. But all of them were owned by a russian.
Ofcourse that legal because everyone have the right to sign up for domain and own a domain name. Domain name not only for business use, it might be personal use or even government use. Most of the popular domain usually been taken , and they try to sell it over and over again to make more money such as properties.
